FlexiFunnels Agent · Last updated 13 August 2026

FlexiFunnels Agent (“the assistant”) lets a FlexiFunnels account owner operate their own FlexiFunnels business through a conversational assistant. It is available two ways: as a mobile app for iOS and Android, and as a panel inside your FlexiFunnels dashboard in a web browser. Both talk to the same backend and are covered by this policy; where a difference matters it is called out below. This policy explains what is collected, why, and who it is shared with.

Who we are

Jargon Handlers Software Solutions (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@flexifunnels.com.

What the app collects and why

Signing in. In the mobile app, your email and password are sent over an encrypted connection to our backend, which exchanges them with FlexiFunnels for an access token. Your password is never stored by us and is never written to your device. In the dashboard panel you are already signed in to FlexiFunnels, so no password is asked for or handled at all — the dashboard issues a single-use code valid for about a minute, which our backend redeems.

Either way the FlexiFunnels access token is stored encrypted on our backend and is never sent to your device or your browser. What you hold is only a short-lived session token: in the mobile app it is kept in the operating system’s secure keystore; in the dashboard panel it is held in memory for as long as the tab is open and is never written to browser storage, so closing the tab discards it.

Your messages and the content you attach. The text you type, and any images, PDFs, or other files you attach, are sent to our backend so the assistant can act on them. This content — together with the business data the assistant fetches to answer you (orders, customers, products, page content) — is processed by third-party AI services to generate the reply, and by FlexiFunnels’ own tools to carry out the actions you request (for example, viewing sales or editing a page). The app asks for your explicit consent before the first message is sent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from You → AI & your data (the same screen in either surface), which stops any further AI processing.

Voice dictation (mobile app only). If you use the microphone to dictate, speech is transcribed to text using your device’s built-in speech-recognition service (Apple on iOS, Google on Android) per their policies. Only the resulting text enters a chat message; no audio is recorded or stored. The dashboard panel has no dictation and never accesses your microphone.

Photos and files. In the mobile app, the camera and photo library are accessed only when you choose to attach something, and your library is never scanned or uploaded. In the dashboard panel this is your browser’s ordinary file picker — only the file you choose is read.

Business data from your FlexiFunnels account. To answer questions and perform actions, the backend reads and writes data in your own FlexiFunnels account (products, funnels, pages, orders, customers, etc.) using your access token, at your direction.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs. We do not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app; we do keep our own record of how the page editor is used, described below, which contains no content of yours. We do not store your password or your FlexiFunnels token on your device.

Who your data is shared with

FlexiFunnels — your own business platform; all business actions occur in your account. MiniMax (the MiniMax-M3 model) and Google (Gemini Flash models) — the AI models that generate the assistant’s responses from your messages, attachment content, and the business data the assistant fetched. OpenRouter, Inc. — our AI gateway: your content reaches MiniMax either directly or through OpenRouter, and reaches Google through OpenRouter, so OpenRouter receives it whenever it carries the request. Which route is used depends on which service is available at the time; these three companies are the complete set that can receive your content, and we will update this policy and ask for your consent again before adding to it. Each processes the content to produce the reply and handles it under its own policy — OpenRouter, MiniMax, Google. We have configured our OpenRouter account not to use prompts for training. If the models we use change materially, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again in the app. Your device’s speech-recognition provider (Apple / Google) — only when you use dictation. We do not share data for advertising or analytics.

Optional third-party tools you connect yourself

From You → Tools you may optionally connect your own account with a third-party service to let the assistant use it on your behalf. This is separate from, and additional to, the AI processing described above — it only happens if you choose to connect an account, and only for that service.

HeyGen. If you connect your own HeyGen account (by entering your HeyGen API key), the script you ask the assistant to turn into a video is sent to HeyGen, Inc., using your own HeyGen account and billed to your own HeyGen plan, to generate the video. HeyGen processes it under its own policy: HeyGen. We store your HeyGen API key, encrypted, on our backend so the assistant can use it in later conversations; it is never sent to your device. You can disconnect your HeyGen account at any time from You → Tools, which deletes the stored key.

How the page editor is used

When you edit a page in the app, we record how the editor was used — which kind of element you selected (a heading, an image, a button), how many characters it held, which kind of change you made, how long it took, and whether it succeeded or failed. This is our own record on our own servers; it is not shared with anyone and there is no third-party analytics SDK involved.

These records contain no content: not the text of your page, not its HTML, not the words you typed, not the address of the page. They are deleted after 90 days.

Where the dashboard panel runs

The panel is served by us from mobile.flexifunnels.com and displayed inside an isolated frame on your FlexiFunnels dashboard. That isolation is deliberate: the dashboard page cannot read the panel's contents or its session token, and the panel cannot read the dashboard's. The panel is told which dashboard page you are viewing, so that “this funnel” means the one on your screen; that is a page reference, not the page's data.

Data retention & deletion

Chat sessions are retained by our backend to provide conversation history; you can start a new conversation at any time. Signing out removes the session token (from your device in the app, or from memory in the dashboard panel) and drops the stored FlexiFunnels token on our backend. To request access to, or deletion of, your retained data, email support@flexifunnels.com and we will action it.

Children

FlexiFunnels Agent is intended for FlexiFunnels business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
